The Family Boat Shop which was a trading name of Lawrence Spiller became incorporated with effect from 1 January 2005 as AcolocA Ltd . Lawrence's prime reason for doing this was so that he could grow the business more quickly by inviting equity participation. The team transferring includes: Bryon Durston - warehousing and product assembly, Bill & Paul Austin - deliveries, Jo Wherry - website updates and administration.
