2nd Tyne Tour win for Heather

Following on from Heather's 2004 win being the fastest lady down the grueling Tyne Tour course through Grade 4 water, she repeated her victory competing the 7 mile race distance in just over an hour and 13 mins making her the record holder at both the 7 and 13 mile distance.

Heather who is one of the staff members at our Yorkshire Outdoor Superstore was very pleased with the result, the water level was a bit lower this year as the rain had stayed away, but the dam release from Kielder resovoir made up for the shortfall.
